The Jackfish is a Small, reclusive fish. It is pale blue-grey in colour, with an assortment of lumpy and spiny fins and a perpetually open mouth. This slow-moving fish usually appears in groups of three.
Location[]
The Jackfish is found deep in a particular section of the coral basin's twisting caves. It is found in the section below where Lemonback can be caught, and above the Crystalfish cave.
Catching Guide[]
The Jackfish is a somewhat difficult catch for a small fish, simply because of the issue of its narrow crevice with having some larger fish take a bite out of it. It may be more useful to bring it up and out through the empty caves (see the map), where there is more space to manoeuvre.
A Lightbulb lure and the Sinker rod upgrade are reccomended. The Flick rod upgrade can help in case the line becomes snagged while reeling the Jackfish to the surface.
