This fiercely intelligent beast emerges at night policing the sea with it’s powerful presence

To catch the Noctis you have to have a Huge Hook and a Tier 3 bait.

The Noctis will VERY ANNOYINGLY steal ANY medium fish that you have on your line.

The Noctis will also only come out when it's night, or a thunderstorm is occuring.
